Due to the fixed costs associated with preparation, it is necessary for us to require a surcharge of select menu items in your order that do not meet the Minimum Product Quantity specified on the menu item’s product description page. These surcharges will be amended to your order by our order fulfillment team after we have received notification of your online order. You will receive notification once your order is modified to include a surcharge line item.
Please refer to the following catering policies to estimate surcharges on your order.
- All pricing is based on a 10 person minimum, and are valid Mon – Fri, 7am – 4pm
- For orders less than 10 people please call for availability and/or additional fees
- A minimum of a 20% service charge will be applied to all parties on weekends and holidays. Additionally, the same charges will apply to orders delivered before 7am and after 4pm on weekdays
- A 24 hour notice is required for cancellation, any orders cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a service charge based on production and special orders
- Any equipment (baskets, trays, coffee pots, silver serving utensils, chafing dishes, etc.) not returned will be subject to replacement charges
